From the emotional ceremony to the absolutely packed dance floor, this celebration had nonstop energy from beginning to end. The couple selected several enhancements from our Platinum experience, including Ceremony Setup, Cold Sparks, and our Social Booth — creating an unforgettable guest experience that felt more like a luxury nightclub event than a traditional wedding.

The day began with a beautiful outdoor ceremony overlooking the stunning golf course views at Timber Banks. Our ceremony setup ensured every guest could clearly hear every word, vow, and special moment as Alexa & Dawson officially tied the knot.

Following cocktail hour, it was time to kick off the reception in a massive way.

Instead of traditional introductions, we brought the bridal party in bottle-service style with high-energy music, nightclub-style lighting, and our custom LED marquee proudly displaying the couple’s wedding slogan as guests erupted with cheers. The energy in the room instantly shifted from elegant wedding to full-on celebration mode.

Alexa & Dawson’s First Dance at Timber Banks, Syracuse NY

Immediately following the introductions, Alexa & Dawson shared their first dance together surrounded by our Cold Sparks effects. As the sparks illuminated the dance floor, the moment felt straight out of a movie — elegant, emotional, and unforgettable.

After dinner and formalities wrapped up, the party truly came alive.

We brought in live saxophonist Al Cutri to elevate the dance floor atmosphere even further. The combination of live saxophone performance mixed with high-energy DJ sets created an incredible fusion of soul, funk, house, throwbacks, and modern party music that kept the dance floor packed all night long.
